Town Hall preferred caterers represent a range of menu selection and price. For more information about our preferred caterers, ask our Venue Sales Director, visit our website, or contact the caterers directly.
Should you choose not to use a Town Hall preferred caterer, there will be a $150.00 service charge. Furthermore, non-preferred caterers must be approved by Town Hall staff, accept our rules and regulations for visiting caterers, and make a site visit at Town Hall prior to the event.
Every caterer pays a venue charge to Town Hall based on gross food and beverage sales. This fee is 7% for preferred caterers and 10% for non-preferred caterers.
Should your organization choose to provide commercially prepared foods and/or beverages at your event instead of using a caterer, or to arrange for a caterer to drop off food and/or beverages, a $50 service fee will be required.
