Regarded by many as the world’s authority on Indian food, Madhur Jaffrey is an award-winning actress and bestselling cookbook author who has appeared in more than 20 films, including Merchant Ivory’s Heat and Dust; written more than 15 cookbooks; and is the author of Climbing The Mango Trees, a memoir of growing up in India. Her newest book is Madhur Jaffrey’s Curry Nation, which contains more than 100 recipes she selected and adapted.
