Downstairs at Town Hall (ground floor) is a 50' x 100' open space.

It may be set-up in a variety of configurations by using curtains or movable partitions.

It has a 15' x 18' stage.

Downstairs at Town Hall is a very flexible space that can be used for banquets, meetings, tradeshows and performances and can seat between 250-275 at round tables or up to 500 people for receptions (dependent on catering requirements and displays.) Town Hall is not available for weddings or wedding receptions. Please visit www.banquetevent.com for a list of suitable wedding reception venues. A catering kitchen adjoins Downstairs at Town Hall, which is often used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings. It has a separate entrance off Seneca Street, but also connects by stairwells and elevator with the entire building.
